Tina caught the wilderness bug while living in Alaska and doing field work in Antarctica for her Ph.D. studies in sea ice geophysics. Since then, she’s been working as a freelance consultant on climate change, renewable energy and Antarctic environmental issues for Non Governmental Organizations including WWF and the Antarctic and Southern Ocean Coalition (ASOC). Her passion lies in the protection of the magnificent Antarctic wilderness. She lives in France at the foothills of the Alps and is on a perpetual quest for coherence, and living sustainably, close to nature and near the wild.
